Nana’s is a distinctive organic bakery and pizza shop situated by the water in Mystic, Connecticut. Our offerings include naturally leavened dough made with regionally sourced and sustainably grown grains. Every day, we freshly bake bread and pastries, employing a meticulous long, slow overnight cold fermentation process to enhance flavor and nutritional quality. Utilizing the exceptional mold koji, cultivated by our sister company Moromi Shoyu, we infuse unique flavors and elevate umami in our pizzas, beverages, and baked treats. Additionally, we proudly serve organic espresso from Canyon Coffee, organic tea from Leaves and Flowers, and craft our own kombucha in-house.
